Terms & Conditions — agb89 Platform Rules

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

1. "Platform" means the agb89 online gaming and betting service accessible at https://agb89.cam, including all sub-pages, features, tools, games, and applications thereon.
2. "Member" / "User" means any individual who has successfully registered an account with agb89 and whose registration has been accepted by the Platform.
3. "Account" means the personal account created by a Member on the Platform to access services, place bets, play games, and manage funds.
4. "Balance" means the aggregate of a Member's real-money funds and any bonus funds held in their Account at a given time.
5. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-spin winnings, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Member's Account by agb89 under a promotional offer.
6. "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Member may withdraw funds from their Account.
7. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
8. "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the base currency of all transactions on the agb89 Platform.
9. "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management features available to all Members, including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion.
10. "Force Majeure" means any event beyond agb89's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.

By accessing the agb89 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its content, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised terms.

agb89 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify Members by prominently posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where reasonably practicable, by email. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Access to and use of the agb89 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. agb89 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We enforce this through the KYC verification process and will immediately suspend any account found to be operated by a person under 21.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling under domestic law where such prohibition would render your use of the Platform unlawful.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently suspended from the agb89 Platform.
5. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
6. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of agb89 or any of its affiliate companies.

1. Each Member may hold only one Account on the agb89 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, email address, physical address, payment method, device, or IP address — are considered duplicate accounts and are subject to suspension without prior notice.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.
3. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Notify agb89 promptly at [email protected] if any of your registered details change.
4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. agb89 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication. We will never request your password through any communication channel.
5. You must notify agb89 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. agb89 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
6. agb89 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

To comply with international anti-money-laundering standards and to protect Members, agb89 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process may also be triggered by unusual account activity or at agb89's discretion.

1. Required documents include: (a) a clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional); (b) a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months confirming your address; and (c) a selfie photograph of you holding your KTP alongside your face.
2. Processing time for standard KYC applications is 1 to 24 hours from submission of all required documents. During peak periods — such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and long public holidays — processing may take up to 48 hours.
3. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play freely but are restricted from processing any withdrawal until verification is approved.
4. agb89 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the documents submitted are unclear, inconsistent, or raise concerns. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account restriction.
5. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

1. agb89 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
2. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for all supported payment methods unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
3. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing system. agb89 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.
4. All funds deposited must be from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in funds being frozen pending investigation.
5. agb89 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees; these are outside agb89's control.
6. agb89 reserves the right to impose a maximum deposit limit, conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits, or request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above Rp 25.000.000.

1. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your agb89 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000. Higher limits may be available to VIP-tier Members by arrangement.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed by agb89's automated system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Average processing times are as follows: BCA — under 3 minutes; BRI — 3 to 5 minutes; BNI and Mandiri — under 5 minutes; OVO, DANA, and GoPay — under 60 seconds; ShopeePay and LinkAja — 1 to 3 minutes. These are averages and are not guaranteed response times.
4. agb89 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a disputed bet.
5. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any resulting balance may be withdrawn.
6. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your Account, agb89 reserves the right to reverse such credit, even if funds have been withdrawn. You agree to repay any such amount upon request.

agb89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the terms described below as well as any specific conditions stated on the individual promotion page.

1. Welcome Bonus: A 100% deposit match up to Rp 1.500.000 is available to new Members on their first deposit. The bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount and is valid for 14 days from activation.
2. Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to meet the requirement within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are displayed on each promotion's terms page.
4. agb89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Member has an active bonus, the Member will be given reasonable notice and allowed to complete existing wagering requirements.
5. Bonus abuse — including collusion, use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, or any form of arbitrage betting to guarantee profit from bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
6. Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses are considered bonus abuse under clause 8.5.
7. agb89 reserves the right to set individual wagering limits or exclude specific games from contributing toward Wagering Requirements on any promotion.

1. All bets placed on the agb89 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as displayed within the Platform's game or betting lobby.
2. agb89 offers sports betting markets including football (bandar bola — football dealer markets), mix parlay accumulators, Asian handicap (voor bola), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports events. Each market carries its own settlement rules, which are available within the relevant market page.
3. agb89 offers casino games including slot gacor (high-RTP video slots), live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, live Sic Bo, and live Dragon Tiger, all supplied by certified game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe.
4. agb89 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result is determined to have been manipulated, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where the bet was placed after the official result was determined.
5. In the event of a disputed settlement, the decision of agb89's trading team is final. A formal dispute may be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of settlement; disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
6. agb89 reserves the right to impose bet limits on individual Members, specific markets, or game types at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the agb89 Platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software or game logic.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit into your agb89 Account (money laundering).
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Sharing Account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward agb89 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

agb89 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We encourage all Members to approach gambling as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The following tools are available to all Members free of charge from within the Account dashboard:

1. Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
2. Session Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period you may not log in, deposit, or place any bet.
3. Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
4. Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Members who self-exclude will not receive any marketing communications during the exclusion period.
5. Reality Checks: Opt-in notifications that remind you how long you have been playing and the net result of your session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of agb89.

1. agb89's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of the Account balance held by agb89 on your behalf at the time the claim arises.
2. agb89 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if agb89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. agb89 is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other issues arising from Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or cyberattacks.
4. agb89 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
5. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits agb89's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

agb89 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide Members with at least 7 days' prior written notice via the email address registered to their Account and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which agb89 operates. agb89 is licensed and regulated internationally; the specific licensing authority and jurisdiction details are available on request by contacting [email protected].

Any dispute arising between you and agb89 in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body selected by agb89. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. This clause does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
